The Guest Rooms.
Two rooms, two personalities, and the same warm welcome. The Kentucky brings a little of our roots to Detroit. The Paris pairs city scenes and soft blue layers with a touch of sparkle.

A little bit
of home.
The Kentucky carries our roots into Detroit through collected art, horse imagery, and family keepsakes. Steve’s grandfather’s chair and his baby blanket make this room part guest bedroom, part family archive.
The coffee bar began as a convenience for our dads, so they could make their first cup without coming downstairs. It remains a welcome for every guest, and a reminder of two people we still miss.
Fresh towels, water, charging access, and a bedside guest tray complete the room.

A little Paris,
here in Detroit.
Our second guest room brings together Paris artwork, blue-gray textiles, and warm brass lighting. The black iron bed anchors the room, while a crystal chandelier adds a little evening sparkle.
It is a room for settling in: layered pillows, a tray on the bed, and the small comforts we like to have ready when friends and family arrive.

Blue layers.
Golden light.
The paisley bedding and geometric curtains share a soft blue-gray palette. Black frames and furniture give the patterns definition, with brass and crystal bringing warmth to the room.

Ready before
the bags arrive.
Fresh towels, bottled water, charging outlets, and bedside toiletries are part of the room. They are small things, but they help a guest feel settled without having to ask.

Make yourself at home.
Giving each room a name is part of the fun. Making the people staying with us feel welcome is the reason behind it.
